I can’t imagine a more rewarding cycle trip than the Glens of Antrim and Causeway Coast. Each year I watch couples, teams ride past enjoying the breathtaking scenery that surrounds them. Recently there has been the addition of cycling way marked routes to the area to ensure that you get the most enjoyment possible with the emphasis on the quieter back roads with undiscovered scenery. These routes are part of the 5000 mile National Cycle Network and will be expanded by a further 5000 miles within the next five years.
